338bacda90 calendar: per-dealer view with dealer selector (default dealer 1) 
- fetch dealers via new DEALERS rdbms lookup
- scope grid (cars, slots, bookings) to selected dealer
- show dealer name/city/phone in booked-slot sidebar
- gitignore .mcp.json (db creds)
